Panor 文本处理服务 is a free in-browser text cleanup utility for the everyday formatting headaches that come from copying content between platforms. Paste a chunk of text — from a webpage, Word document, WeChat article, ChatGPT output, or PDF — and the tool produces a clean, normalised version ready to drop into a new editor.
What it cleans up
- Stray HTML tags — remove
<br>, <span>, smart-quote spans, and other markup that survives a copy-paste from rich-text sources.
- Weird whitespace — collapse multiple consecutive blank lines, trim trailing spaces, normalise tabs to spaces (or vice versa).
- Mixed line endings — convert CRLF/LF/CR to a single consistent style.
- Smart-quote and dash normalisation — straight or curly, em-dash or en-dash, your choice.
- Full-width / half-width punctuation conversion — useful for Chinese-English mixed text.
- Zero-width and invisible characters — strip BOM, zero-width space, no-break space, and other characters that break copy-paste.
- Markdown ↔ plain text — strip Markdown to readable plain text, or wrap plain text into basic Markdown.
