A single report is an AI deep interpretation for one specific test result at $2.99, purchased once and kept forever. Premium ($9.99/mo) includes unlimited AI interpretations, personality chat, result comparison, ad-free experience, and all premium features. If you only need one test result analyzed, buy a single report. If you use multiple tests regularly, Premium is better value.
All payments are processed through Stripe. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, UnionPay and other credit/debit cards, as well as Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Alipay. All payments are securely encrypted by Stripe.
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time with no additional fees. After cancellation, your premium features remain active until the end of the current billing cycle. Previously purchased individual reports remain yours forever.
Subscription products are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of the first purchase. Individual reports are non-refundable once generated (due to irreversible AI generation costs). For any issues, please contact wilson_xu@panor.tech and we'll do our best to help.

API is billed per call. After registration, you get 100 free calls for testing. After that, it's pay-as-you-go: AI Interpretation $0.05/call, JD Parsing $0.02/call, Name Generation $0.01/call. Enterprise customers get dedicated API quotas and volume discounts.
